Poor accommodation
Negative: Hello, we were six people staying one night at the accommodation and we are not at all happy with the stay. The door was not working properly and could not be locked, so I had to wait more than two hours in the house for someone to come and fix it. The owner was not in Auckland and took a long time to reply to my messages, so I lost the whole afternoon waiting for the locksmith.
We also contacted the owner because we did not have cushions/pillows, nor sheets or blankets for the six of us sleeping in the studio. The owner knew perfectly well how many people were going to stay, and instead of helping us, he never replied to our messages.
