9 Beds including 3 Double Beds, 4 Single Beds, 2 Sofa Bed, Suite 1, 37 Totara Avenue, New Lynn, Auckland

Positive: Loved how much if us could fit comfortably in such a well compacted space and although it was in a one room space it was sooh cool that we could still get our own privacy in each room. Also loved how central it was to the township walking distance to access transport, shopping store and takeaway spots. We would definitely utilise a space as such in the near future without hesitation, thank you also to the landlord for being such an easy communicator and providing us with all the information needed for our stay🙂 Negative: Only dislike was the small sized ablution block it just would've been nice to have a bit more space in there.

Positive: Place is good for accommodating a larger group if it's mostly used as a place to stay and you don't intend on cooking meals etc. Negative: Little bit hard to find a carpark however when we found one it was within a couple minutes walking distance.

Was very nice Positive: Lots of beds, extra blankets and pillows in cupboard Negative: The rooms have windows so there’s not much privacy from the people you’re staying with (e.g changing clothes/ getting dressed)
