Good small two beds cozy room with separate private nice bathroom. Positive: Wonderful small warm room and separate bathroom. All newly renovated and pleasant environment. Very clean and tidy. Definitely will come back and recommend to my friends to stay here. Next to a nice big three bedroom house, and can have a large family come together staying in the same big private property. Good neighbor's around, and Kawaha primary school just opposite. Negative: Have not found yet.

Positive: The studio was clean, and modern, and provided ample space for a comfortable stay. Both double beds were very cozy, and the room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing visit. The location is great, situated in a quiet neighbourhood but still conveniently close to Rotorua’s key attractions. It’s an ideal spot for a short getaway or a longer stay, offering both comfort and convenience. Negative: The addition of a small kitchenette would greatly enhance the convenience for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals. Additionally, more wardrobe or storage space would be helpful, especially for those staying longer.
