Positive: The accommodation is in a good location. The bedroom is clean and tidy. The layout is reasonable. The facilities are complete. The outdoor terrace has a view. The indoor area is relaxing. Good room, good view, good classic. Recommended

Owner was very helpful, and fixed up any issues we had.

Wonderful home very comfy and accommodating
Positive: It was great. Home away from home. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again
Negative: It did smell a lil like cat but wasn’t too strong and was fine after opening the windows for some time but nothing too drastic

Will come back again for our future Rotorua stays
Positive: Large three bedroom home with all amenities for holidays. Good environment near all the Rotorua Gateway tourist site. Quiet, tidy, and excellent large front and back yards. Located in Rotorua City central nice area.
