Positive: This is a perfect little private studio for a short stay. You'll have the entire place to yourself, including a spacious room and a bathroom. The house features a fridge, a microwave, two couches, and a large bed, everything you need for a few days in Auckland. The price is very reasonable for the value offered. If you don't have high standards and are okay with taking the bus to the city center, this place is ideal for you. Additionally, the private car park is a significant advantage, and the location is really quiet!

Good place Positive: Good location, quiet and comfortable room, complete facilities, great value

Positive: The location was ideal for why I was up in Auckland. For the price I paid the property was great and very clean/organised. Negative: The water pressure for the shower wasn't particuarly good but that was my only real complaint.

Hot shower & big bathroom Positive: Happy we stayed here, we got a great deal on this stay. Property located at the back side of the house no. 7, its like a outhouse with separate entrance. If you looking for a private place to stay, don't look any further. Hot shower & big bathroom. that's what I needed. Negative: Not bad, just like a rental home, but served my purpose.
